  • 4oz Norumbega Italian-espresso 
  • 1-2oz simple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Combine the espresso, coconut milk, sugar and ice into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. Top with toasted coconut flakes.
