- 4oz Norumbega Italian-espresso
- 1-2oz simple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Combine the espresso, coconut milk, sugar and ice into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. Top with toasted coconut flakes.
