This single origin Ethiopia coffee coffee is aged 45 days in a oak Brown Sugar Rum barrel with real Madagascar Vanilla Beans before micro-roasting to a medium-dark roast. The coffee beans form a brown sugar note that blends perfectly with aged Rum and vanilla which gives an above average sweetness level and moderate body. This Rum aged coffee is a limited reserve and has zero alcohol in the final product. Shipped in a reusable environmentally friendly tin also keeps this coffee fresh while savoring each sip on special mornings.
