A veteran, company founder and chief visionary officer from Presque Isle, Maine. The company’s head coffee roaster is a certified technician for Rancilio & Rocket Espresso Machines and Diedric coffee Roasters and a member of the Specialty Coffee Association. A former professional snowboarder, Chris first learned the art of espresso while deployed with the 101st Airborne to the Sinai Peninsula working with United Nations.

Director of Operations, moved from Washington State to Maine in pursuit of a dream. Having grown up in the Seattle area where coffee is a culture, the daily cup is a cornerstone in her life. Avid maker with a strong interest in traditional crafts and bringing bits of the past into the present. Dreams of sailing the world to experience different cultures (and different coffees, of course).

Operations Assistant Manager, true Mainer through and through, she is a giver of comfort in the way of coffee and an expert wrangler of her beloved two-year old when she isn't serving or making coffee.

Operations, Roasting and Barista Training, Dana is also a certified technician for Rocket espresso machines. Originally from New Jersey, with ties in Maine, the love for coffee became a passion for crafting quality espresso drinks. As a long time barista with a love of design, sign making quickly followed along. Also a lover of nature, you can find Dana gardening or enjoying life off the grid with her cup of coffee.

Roasting & Operations Assistant, he was born and raised in Downeast Maine, but has deep roots from the Netherlands. He is a beverage arts enthusiast with a love for coffee with formal training in London and spends his free time as an international bartender.

Coffee Production Assistant, she is a senior attending Bangor High School and the United Technologies Center trade school in the business leadership track.

Roasting, Wayne is originally from Downeast Maine, he first got involved in the coffee industry twenty years ago in Seattle, WA and is now the co-owner of Chimera Cafe in Bangor. With a passion for the outdoors, he can be found exploring Maine’s back roads and waterways, probably with a coffee close by.
