A veteran, company founder and chief visionary officer from Presque Isle, Maine. The company’s head coffee roaster is a certified technician for Rancilio Espresso Machines and Diedric coffee Roasters. Member of the Specialty Coffee Association and a former professional snowboarder. Chris first learned the art of espresso while stationed in the Sinai Peninsula.
Co-Operations manager, moved from Washington State to Maine in pursuit of a dream. Having grown up in the Seattle area where coffee is a culture, the daily cup is a cornerstone in her life. Avid maker with a strong interest in traditional crafts and bringing bits of the past into the present. Dreams of sailing the world to experience different cultures (and different coffees, of course).
Co-Operations Manager, originally from Downeast Maine, Wayne first got involved in the coffee industry over twenty years ago in Seattle, WA and now the new owner of Chimera Coffee Co cafe in Bangor, Coffee Hound is working to create a special chimera roast for their new cafe. With a passion for the outdoors, he can be found exploring Maine’s back roads and waterways, probably with a coffee close by.
Assistant Manager, he is originally from N.Y.C is a coffee lover, enthusiast. He is very passionate about high quality, craft coffee and has an extensive background in the coffee industry and even wrote an e-book on coffee.
Coffee Production Assistant, she recently joined our team part-time while attending Bangor at the United Technologies Center high school in the business leadership track.
