Our Dark Roast Coffee Profile

Our Sumatra beans come from the North Sumatra province of Indonesia, one of the island’s largest coffee-producing regions. Nearly all of the farms in this area are family-owned, and grow their coffee at elevations of 3,000 feet. We use the wet-hull method when processing our beans, which enhances the rich and complex flavors of our coffee.
Our Colombia Excelso beans come sourced from small family-owned farms in the Colombian coffee triangle. These farms sit at elevations of 4,000 feet, where micro-wet mills process the coffee and dry it in solar dryers. This meticulous processing results in beans that contribute to the exceptional quality of our 207 Dark Roast, making each cup a true delight.
