3. Rum Barrel Aged Coffee – Single Origin Ethiopia Medium-Dark Roast

Aged for 30 days in a rum oak barrel with real Madagascar vanilla beans, our Rum Barrel Aged Coffee from Ethiopia has rich notes of molasses, caramelized brown sugar, and a hint of vanilla. Limited reserve, zero alcohol.

4. Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee – Single Origin Colombia Dark Roast

Aged for 30 days in a bourbon oak barrel, our Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee is a sophisticated medium-dark roast made from single-origin Colombian beans. This roast has notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, caramel, and vanilla, which pairs great with the aged bourbon. Limited reserve, zero alcohol.

Our Four Footed Companion roast, a single-origin Yirgacheffe Ethiopia coffee, honors our beloved pets. This medium-dark roast, with notes of black cherry, cocoa, molasses, brown sugar, and lemon, offers above average sweetness and moderate body.

6. The Golden Road – Single Origin Guatemala Light Roast

Inspired by Maine’s historic timber industry, The Golden Road is a 100% Arabica single origin light roast from Guatemala. Crisp and light, with notes of cherry, orange, and peach.

7. Norumbega – Sumatra & Colombia Italian Roast

Inspired by Maine’s Viking history, Norumbega is a bold yet smooth Italian espresso roast. This 100% Arabica blend from Sumatra and Colombia features notes of chocolate, molasses, vanilla, and caramel.

8. US RT 1 North – Single Origin Guatemala Decaf Medium Roast

This 100% Arabica decaf medium roast from Honduras is mild and not acidic. Featuring notes of chocolate, lemon, and walnut, this roast offers a smooth, enjoyable experience.
