This single origin Ethiopia coffee coffee is aged 30 days in an oak Brown Sugar Rum Barrel with real Madagascar vanilla beans before micro-roasting to a medium-dark roast. The coffee beans form flavor notes of molasses, caramelized brown sugar and a hint of vanilla that blends perfectly with aged Rum and gives an above average sweetness level and moderate body. This Rum aged coffee is a limited reserve and has zero alcohol in the final product.
