This single origin Colombian coffee was processed and then fermented while in green bean form which refines the sweetness, body and acidity of the coffee and even adds a fruity note. Then it was micro-roasted to a medium roast. The final results are a sensory profile that produces a modulated acidity with a silky body.
This coffee and roast was made in direct collaboration with the Tio Conejo coffee farm in Manizales, Caldas Colombia. Small farm grown at 1,900ft elevation, processed and fermented by Tio Conejo, small batch roasted by Coffee Hound in Maine to create this exotic coffee.
