Norumbega was a Viking territory featured on very early maps of Maine. Today you can find the name throughout Maine including a hiking trail in Acadia National Park and the town hall of Bangor. This roast is decaffeinated by mountain water process. It is kosher certified, 100% Arabica single origin decaf Honduran and is bold, smooth, not acidic and works great for a decaf espresso. Because sometimes you need to be strong like a Viking and steady as a surgeon.
This roast has flavor notes of chocolate, lemon and walnut. It is low acidity, moderate body and sweetness.
