We age this single origin Ethiopia coffee for 30 days in a Rum Oak Barrel with real Madagascar vanilla beans. Then we micro-roast to a medium-dark roast. This gives the coffee beans flavor notes of molasses, caramelized brown sugar and a hint of vanilla that blends perfectly with aged Rum.

This Rum aged coffee is a limited reserve and has zero alcohol in the final product. Shipped in a reusable environmentally friendly tin also keeps this coffee fresh while savoring each sip on special mornings.
